Ofsted rate Bassenthwaite School as good

We are delighted to confirm that following our recent Ofsted Inspection, carried out on 24th May 2016, Bassenthwaite School continues to be rated as good.

Next FOBS Meeting – Friday 4th March 2016

The next FOBS meeting will be held on Friday 4th March 2016 at 3.20pm at the school. We welcome as many parents to come along as possible. We need new ideas and volunteers who can offer to help out – short or long term.

Bassenfell Residential – 1st & 2nd March 2016

Bassenfell 1 night Residential will take place on Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd March 2016. This is open to Years 2, 3, and 4. African Drumming Workshop

The junior children enjoyed a visit from Zozo who gave them an African drumming workshop. We are lucky to have a set of djembe drums in school, which we can now continue to practice with.
